AAs protection measures, our EXPERTO cleaners comply with protocols and hygiene measures that allow us to maintain high health standards among our collaborators and also protect the members of your household.
We always wear a protective mask and practice distancing when we are at your home.
- We vacuum and mop the floors.
- We fully clean the kitchen, including the exterior parts of its appliances and items placed on top of the countertops.
- The top of the stove.
- We clean the sink, faucets and the exterior parts of the cabinets.
- We clean and disinfect bathrooms, including: tubs, faucets, handles, cabinets, showers, and toilets.
- Exterior surfaces in the house.
- Doors and windows with their respective frames.
- In the rooms we carefully clean: bedside tables, dressers, beds, bedside lamps and floor lamps.

Request an intensive cleaning if:
- Your home has not received cleaning services in over 3 months.
- Your house exceeds 2,000 Sq FT.
REMEMBER: If you do not select intensive cleaning and meet the above criteria, the job will be continued in another session at full charge.

AAbsolutely yes, we have a coverage policy with the Hiscox company with GENERAL LIABILITY coverage of up to 2 million USD.
Please let us know if you have suffered any damage or loss within 48 hours of cleaning your home. Notify us at our email customercare@experto.bymsoftcol.com we will do our best to offer you a solution

If the cancellation is made 48 hours before the service, you can reschedule the appointment or you can request a refund of your money.
If the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours, the money will NOT be refunded, but you can reschedule your appointment for when it suits you.
If the cancellation is made in less than 24 hours, the total charge for the service will be made.
(Non refundable charge).

At EXPERTO CLEANING we use ECO FRIENDLY products.
Only in exceptional cases and with the authorization of the clients, we use products of another type, for cases of extreme dirt or that require special treatment.

The simple answer is no. You can previously coordinate with us and we can pick up the key beforehand and keep it in our offices, under insurance and registration. Or if you prefer, we can establish another type of logistics that suits your requirements.
AGenerally our EXPERTOS work in groups of 2 people or individually.
